Receptionist/administration Assistant

Tax Solutions Brisbane is looking for a well organised and confident professional individual with excellent administration and computer skills on a casual basis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with clients and evaluate clients' tax obligations;
- Registration of appointments in the online calendar;
- Track the work in progress of client's jobs;
- Review customers' issues. Prioritise client's jobs and assign them to an accountant for resolving;
- Invoice Reconciliation using Xero;
- Management of Accounts Receivable;
- Weekly stocktake of office supplies.
What we are looking for:
- Highly developed communication and phone skills;
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets. Knowing of basic formulas and how to filter and sort tables;
- Experience with Xero. Understanding of general principles of the invoicing and billing;
- Tax Knowledge is ideal;
- Proven ability to be punctual and Reliable.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Banyo, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
