Medical receptionist(2IC) required for a busy family practice in Redbank Plains Town Square Shopping Centre.

You should be confident working in a Medical facility with a reasonable amount of autonomy.

Good communication skills, a mature work ethic, flexibility and immaculate presentation will secure you a position within our Practice.

We require an IT savvy, quick learner and an all round professional medical receptionist to join our team. We are busy and you will need to cope well under pressure. Managing reception staff and delegating daily duties.

**About you**:

- Able to cover a range of different shifts - this is a Part time position and shifts vary

between 7:45am - 5pm daily.
- Able to relieve other administration staff during sickness or annual leave (must be

flexible)
- Professional, attention to detail and goal /task orientated. Well presented.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 years Previous medical experience required/essential (if you do not have any experience in a doctor's surgery, then you will not be invited to apply) Must have sound knowledge of Best Practice software.

**Job Duties**:

- Greeting visitors
- Scheduling
- Correspondence
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Managing Reception & supporting the practice manager

**Financial Duties**:

- Processing payments
- Billing
- End of day balancing and processing of Tyro transactions

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
