The Role

We're looking for a driven, detail-focused Project/ Office Administrator to join our team and support our Project Managers and site teams as we take on bigger and more complex work.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building systems and structure, and loves being the go-to person to keep things moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to Project Managers and Clients.
  • Track and manage project schedules, documentation, and deliverables
  • Prepare and manage HSEQ documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Manage invoicing and billing processes in line with contract milestones and company KPIs
  • Coordinate monthly claims, variations, and progress payments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting on active projects
  • Assist with contract setup and client onboarding
  • Identify and implement process improvements that support project and business efficiency
  • Act as a central communication point between clients, subcontractors, and internal team member

You'll need:

  • 1–3 years' experience in a similar admin or coordinator role (construction preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid working knowledge of constuction based businesses (e.g. Buildertrend, Workflow max or Prime is a bonus)
  • A growth mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • A good sense of humour and team-first attitude
