Part-Time Real Estate Assistant

Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm

If your performance stands out, there's a great opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mandarin-speaking applicants are highly encouraged to apply
  • Applicants with a valid Real Estate Certificate or License will be given preference

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An excellent communicator – clear, confident, and empathetic in both English and, ideally, Mandarin
  • Highly responsible and reliable – you do what you say, and always follow through
  • A true team player – supportive, adaptable, and positive in any situation
  • Detail-oriented – you take pride in getting the little things right
  • Motivated to learn – curious, proactive, and ready to grow within the company
  • Legal to work in Australia – holding a valid work visa or permanent residency

Previous experience in property management or real estate is highly regarded, but not essential — we care more about your attitude than your resume.


What You'll Do

As a Property Management Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our rental team, helping ensure our clients and properties are cared for at the highest level. Your work will include:

  • Open inspections, coordinating repairs, maintenance, and regular inspections for rental properties
  • Maintaining friendly and professional communication with landlords and tenants
  • Writing detailed property reports (e.g. entry, exit, routine inspections)
  • Supporting the leasing process with contract management and admin tasks
  • Helping resolve tenancy issues quickly and professionally
