We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with around 1 year of property management experience who is eager to grow their career in a supportive environment.

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Mandarin will be highly regarded, as we work closely with a diverse range of tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.
  • Work closely with the team to collaborate and problem-solve effectively.
  • Assist with landlord recruitment and relationship management.
  • Prepare VCAT hearings when required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and tenancy regulations.
  • Adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Current Real Estate Agent License (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in fluent English.
  • Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work well in a team.
  • Hardworking, proactive, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
