We have an awesome opportunity that has become available for a Assistant Property Manager to join our growing and dynamic organisation.  This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Point Cook. 

Working alongside an established and dedicated property management team with mentorship and support. This position will suit a proactive and motivated individual who has the desire to learn and excel in their role.

With a clear progression path and chance to work in a systematic and organised environment with the most up-to-date systems this is the role for you. 

Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in the end-to-end portfolio management
  • Respond to enquiries via phone and email
  • Assist in advertising properties for lease, process tenant applications, conduct reference checks, prepare contracts, negotiate leases and collect bond
  • Assist in preparing and scheduling public and private Open For Inspections
  • Assist in completing routine inspections
  • Assist with following up rental arrears on behalf of the Property Manager
  • Assist with completing entry and exit reports
  • Assist with managing maintenance and organising tradesmen on behalf of the Property Manager
  • Other adhoc duties as required

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience in real estate administration or property management, desirable
  • Minimum qualification of Victorian Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Ability to work under high pressure with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, with diverse backgrounds
  • Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
  • Must be willing to provide a valid Police Check
