With an excellent reputation the industry, this local organisation currently has fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to start immediately on a 12 Months Contract role.

This is a fun, vibrant and exciting working environment that can offer flexibility, autonomy within a highly supportive and motivated team.   

Duties are outlined but not limited to the following:

  • Accurate & timely processing of the fortnightly payroll data using Payroll Metrics & UKG Systems
  • Setting up new employees & updating employee information
  • Termination & redundancy calculations
  • Coordinate end of month and end of quarter/end of year processes
  • Dealing with payroll enquiries internally & externally
  • Month & year end reporting, reconciliation & payments

Required skills:

  • Exposure and experience of Payroll Metrics in your current or previous role is desirable not mandatory.
  • Solid full function end to end payroll processing
  • Strong, confident & up to date payroll knowledge
  • Ability to prioritise workflows, work autonomously with high attention to detail
  • Strong customer focus to ensure outstanding customer experience.
  • A real problem solver
