About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Payroll Implementation Consultant to Implement and support the GlobalView solution to achieve all departmental KPIs and in line with agreed standards and timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end implementation of client solutions using the client's Implementation Methodology and GlobalView (SAP-based), ensuring delivery of high-quality, on-time, and in-scope projects.
- Design and document client solutions, including business requirements and technical specifications.
- Deliver all project artifacts (Blueprints, specs, config docs, etc.) on time and per fixed-price strategy.
- Lead multiple concurrent client implementations.
- Monitor project milestones, scope, and risks—escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.
- Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and Line Manager.
- Perform QA reviews on blueprints and configurations (own and others').
- Provide test scripts and support clients through UAT, parallel testing, and go-live.
- Support data cleansing, mapping, and conversion, including data loads, reconciliation, and HR/Payroll analysis.
- Liaise with internal teams (Basis, Client Services, Application Support, PMO, Product Management).
- Provide onboarding and training to new consultants and graduates and act as coach and day-to-day support for junior team members and graduates.
- Serve as primary point of contact across projects, managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide pre-sales support (RFP responses, demos, and workshops).
- Manage cross-functional teams across parallel projects.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and post-go-live support is effectively executed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex end to end payroll implementation role and in the capacity of a Senior Implementation Lead.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources, Portal or Time Management systems.
- Strong experience in pre-sales support through collaborating with sales team to deliver technical expertise and product demonstrations.
- Leading multiple concurrent end-to-end implementation projects to successful go live.
- Experience in SAP ERP System and consulting experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate and apply knowledge of key implementation strategies such as the SAP ASAP methodology.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
- PMBOK or other PM Qualifications advantageous.
Pay range and compensation package:
Circa
$140k - $170k + Super, commensurate with experience and skills.
