Ashdown is partnering with a prominent State Government agency providing critical cultural outcomes and services to assist in finding an experienced operations manager to join the team on an initial 3 Month Contract, with the potential to extend based on performance and budget requirements. 

In this role you'd utilise a background in Government Operations Management by overseeing operational planning, systems reviews, reporting cycles and business processes. The role will focus on ensuring that directorate operations are aligned, consistent and streamlined to enable effective delivery of projects and policy outcomes.

If you can demonstrate strong experience in managing complex operational environments within Government contexts and a strong knowledge base in Government operational processes, financial systems and compliance requirements, we want to hear from you
