As the Head of Asset Management at NRN, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the safe operations of our solar and battery fleet. You will oversee quality assurance, customer support and monitoring, maintenance, and reporting activities to maximise asset uptime and deliver value to stakeholders, including customers, energy retailers, and investors. This role offers the unique opportunity to build the asset management function from the ground up, aligning with NRN's vision to become the best Distributed Energy Resource (DER) asset manager in Australia.

This role requires a multidisciplinary approach to building scalable processes and systems and exceptional cross-functional collaboration. It is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong analytical, operational, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is not afraid of getting their hands dirty, and wants to grow into a leadership position.
