The team holds authorizations with reputable entities such as Telstra, Optus, Enlighten, Ausgrid, and Essential Energy. Elite - PEM assists with telecommunications projects, commercial and industrial fit-outs, as well as general electrical inquiries. The company's network includes ASP 3 designers, ASP 1 constructions, and Telco design and construct services, along with on and off-grid solar design and installations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Tuggerah, NSW. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of various electrical projects, ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations and meets project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members and clients, managing budgets, optimizing operational processes, and providing leadership to the team. Additionally, the role involves monitoring project performance metrics and developing strategies for improvement.
