About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with expertise in the transportation industry to join our team here at COSOL in either Sydney or Melbourne.
In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering solution-based sales of multiple Asset Management Solutions to meet our growth sales targets and play a crucial role in COSOL's continued success.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver top-tier solutions that drive business innovation and success.
This is a fantastic new opportunity for someone to own the Sydney and/or Melbourne Transportation territory in terms of sales, in a role that comprises of new business development as well as management of key, existing client accounts.
Whilst you don't need to be an expert in Asset Management, you will have strong experience in solution selling of IT based consulting services and possess a wide network of contacts withing the transportation industry (ideally rail and public infrastructure).
Additionally, this exciting new role will see you perform the following-
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and align them with COSOL solution offerings.
- Identify opportunities for new business within your territory and the transportation industry
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations by collaborating across practices.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Foster long-term customer relationships delivering upon customer centricity.
About You
- You will be a self-motivated and managed sales professional, who is extremely driven, and customer focused.
- You will have significant end to end solution sales experience with as demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Your network and sales results within the transportation industry will be one of your biggest strengths
- You have strong knowledge of the transportation industry, and experience with solution selling of consulting and advisory services.
- You're an exceptional communicator, who's negotiation and influencing skills are second to none
