In the role of National Account Coordinator you'll play a critical support role to the Head of Retail for Brick Lane Brewing, assisting in the day-to-day coordination and administration of national retail accounts. This role is responsible for supporting key administrative tasks, including promotional planning, preparing presentation decks, and fostering strong relationships. It also involves maintaining accurate records and reports, driving sales growth, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth

• Utilise sales retail data platforms (Quantium & Unify) to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth within assigned accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships

Internal Sales Support

• Input promotional activity into CRM
• Utilise sales retail data platforms to maximise efficiencies for sales merchandise team
• Liaise and provide day-to-day support to the merchandising team,
• Build customer journey plans – based on sales data, internal focus and regularly contact with sales merchandise team

Forecasting and Reporting

• Analyse sales data and market trends to forecast sales volumes and track performance against targets
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Retail

Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Head of Retail as well as other internal stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure effective coordination and execution of sales initiatives

Market Analysis

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the market

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service to national accounts, promptly addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues to maintain strong relationships and customer satisfaction

Trade Shows and Time In Trade

• Represent Brick Lane Brewing at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits, showcasing products and promoting brand awareness
• Represent Brick Lane in National Trade accounts and grow a defined territory and spend time in trade with national account merchandisers

General Administrative & National Account Support

• Provide input and administrative assistance in the preparation of range reviews, submissions & daily imperatives.
• Monitor, maintain and update databases relating to customer specific expenses, promotional results, pricing & sales reports.
• Assume day to day business requirements of National account customers, as required during leave periods.
• Prepare and communicate new product development submissions for wholesalers and banner groups.

Successful Candidates will have:

• Negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
• Good business acumen
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in excel and CRM software
• Exposure to Unify, Critero and Quantium data would be an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
