About Us

Midea Appliances Australia is committed to delivering high-quality air conditioning products and professional after-sales services to the local market.

We are now seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to join our Dandenong South office. The ideal candidate will support daily finance operations, including invoice review, payment processing, and account reconciliation, ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and verify invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and financial requirements;

· Process payments accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company procedures;

· Organize and archive financial records and documents to maintain proper filing standards;

· Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment or account-related matters;

· Provide general support to other finance-related tasks as required.

Requirements

· Solid understanding of accounting principles or finance-related knowledge;

· Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively;

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with MYOB or other ERP systems is an advantage;

· Excellent communication and coordination skills with a collaborative attitude;

· Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
