The Position:
· Coordinate all project operational activities including staff, jobs, materials and resources of the NSW/ACT Projects & Service Division
· Implement, manage and coordinate WHS processes, ensuring continued compliance with legislation
· Liaise with sales staff and customers to ensure customers' expectations are met
· Provide all trade staff and contractors with correct specifications, information and job notes to ensure they have everything needed to complete jobs on time and accurately
· Coordinate, follow up and track all ongoing projects to ensure the correct quantity, quality and availability of labour, equipment, tools and raw materials along with workshop consumables as required
· Send necessary information and specifications related to job costing (e.g. employee and contractor time sheets, employee expense reporting, supplier invoices, new account or job information, signed contracts)
· Complete the required works within the time frames provided; ensure time extensions are kept to a minimum
· Set install/build timeframes and goals for all Service & W/S Install Technicians
· Liaise with the customer on any changes to the scope of works or the quote, ensuring the required documentation is provided
· Build professional, constructive relationships with sales staff to ensure quotes for work are accurate prior to submitting to customers, enabling the scope of works to be done within the time, resource and profitability requirements
· Consistently communicate with customers throughout the project to ensure the customer is fully briefed and happy with the progress of the job
· Provide weekly reporting of all ongoing jobs and their progress to the Project Operations Manager NSW/ACT
· Provide monthly reporting of all completed jobs, their profitability, outcomes and customer satisfaction to the Regional Manager & Project Operations Manager
· Commission and handover all jobs to the client, including training for their employees
· Control all inventory and stock in Eastern Creek to ensure functional availability and access. Ensure all needed stock and consumables are available and that all stock is located correctly and maintained in a neat and tidy fashion
· Maintain stock records and set up purchasing min/max requirements for frequently used parts, fittings and consumables
· Challenge yourself and strive for personal and professional growth from the experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensuring customer and company satisfaction goals are reached and exceeded - 40%
· Job planning is completed on every job and trades staff are given all the right information, drawings, materials, tools and equipment to do the job - 30%
· Guaranteeing paperwork, administration and reporting goals are constantly achieved - 30%.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Intermediate to advanced skills with the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
· Familiarity with project management and time & attendance software looked upon favourably
· Experience with project management/coordination.

· Customers, Contractors, Suppliers, Wholesalers.
