Job Description:

SEM Windows Pty Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator or Project Manager to join our team in Dandenong South. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As the Site Foreman, you will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to achieve project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Site project planning and execution for commercial projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate resources, including materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to support project needs.
  • Monitor onsite project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, management, and project teams, to provide updates and ensure alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on managing commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies, project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Can speak and ready Mandarin
