MILP Consulting provides specialist bid and tender services to clients across the built environment, including construction, engineering, architecture, and real estate. We partner with organisations to help them secure new opportunities by delivering compelling, compliant, and high-quality submissions. With demand for our services continuing to grow, we are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis.

The Role

As a Bid Coordinator, you will support the preparation and coordination of bids, proposals, and EOIs on behalf of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines, enjoys working with detail, and can bring structure to complex documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, from document preparation to final submission.
  • Edit, format, and proof content to ensure clarity, compliance, and brand alignment.
  • Maintain and update client CVs, project sheets, and templates.
  • Track deadlines and manage submission schedules.
  • Liaise with internal and client stakeholders to gather and refine information.
  • Assist in developing polished and persuasive proposal content.

About You

  • Experience in bids, tenders, or proposal coordination within the built environment is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent editing and formatting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and flexibly, with availability aligned to project deadlines.
