The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bid Coordinator to join our Sydney team. This exciting opportunity will require someone with a sense of creativity to deliver high quality bid management services and administrative support.
Your Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate Tender responses including developing timelines, coordinating internal stakeholders and facilitating team meetings
- Research, write, compile, edit and format tender content
- Post Tender presentations & documents for both internal and external use
- Assistance with Expressions of Interest and Capability statement documents
- Maintain currency of the following documentation for EOI and Tenders - certificates, compliance letters, licenses, prequalification materials
- Production of project files, case studies and staff CV data sheets for Tender purposes
The Ideal Candidate:
- Formal qualifications in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications)
- Minimum 2 years solid experience coordinating bids and tenders, preferably in the Construction industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of InDesign and the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
