Your day to day will be busy and fast at the front counter in our showroom. You will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and building strong relationship with our valued customers.

Your role:

  • Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
  • Process orders via phone and email
  • Support a diverse customer base in providing product support
  • Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support
  • Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required

What you need:

  • Good Customer service/ sales skills through proven work history
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Computer literate at an intermediate level
  • The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
  • Team player to support other areas when required
  • Mechanical aptitude, bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous.
