About The Role
As a
Key Account Manager - Foodservice WA
, you'll manage distributor and end user relationships across
Perth metro
and regional WA. This is a true field sales role with around 95% of your time spent with customers, including country travel at least once a quarter.

You'll be responsible for sales budgets, call cycles, and executing cycle initiatives. With your sales experience - and ideally a cheffing background - you'll connect with Foodservice customers, understand their needs, and deliver innovative solutions that build growth for DON.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow distributor and end user relationships across your territory.
  • Deliver against sales budgets, call cycles and territory plans.
  • Execute promotional and cycle initiatives across the DON Foodservice portfolio.
  • Launch and embed NPD initiatives, ensuring distribution and visibility.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and reporting.
  • Complete timely reporting and communication to the State Sales Manager.

About You
You are a motivated sales professional with:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in Foodservice or FMCG.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A technical or cheffing background (highly regarded).
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous, field-based role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally in WA (approx. quarterly).
  • A proactive and positive approach to customer partnerships.
