About the Role

The Key Account Manager will be in charge of building and maintaining the relationship with our strategic, utility-scale clients in Australia, WA,VIC,QLD.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with the client on a regular basis to understand requirements, both technically and commercially
  • Collect and share competitive information from the field to assist in marketing strategies.
  • Provide account forecasts while keeping the company's CRM and other company information tools up to date
  • Develop together with the strategic account leadership team strategies to maintain LONGi's product and brand as one of the key product and solution providers for our client
  • Schedule, manage, participate, and run special customer events, customer requests, and/or other activities to maintain and strengthen the relationship between us and our client.
  • Leverage our products and company's unique capabilities and strengths
  • Initiate creative solutions to meet customer needs and maintain long-term relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in management, business administration or engineering
  • Prior experience in PV sector within Australia market, as sales or business development professional specifically within Utility segment
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Location: Fully remote, cloud base in WA(perth), VIC(melbourne),QLD(Brisbane)
