About the Position

As the Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead the planning function for our Maddington branch, ensuring production targets, inventory accuracy (DIO and Waste), and customer service metrics are met all while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a safety mindset and foster our Protect value proposition.
  • Lead and coach high-performing teams across planning, procurement, and inventory.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on SLAs and customer commitments.
  • Optimise inventory levels and eliminate stock-outs.
  • Strengthen supplier relationships and drive delivery performance.
  • Analyse KPIs including DIFOTIS, waste, and service fulfilment.
  • Partner with production to monitor and improve operational efficiency

About You

  • You're a strategic, collaborative leader with deep experience in manufacturing supply chains. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to balance operational rigour with stakeholder engagement.
  • Extensive planning and purchasing experience in made-to-order manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capability.
  • Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in MRP, lean manufacturing, and ERP systems.
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent time management and forecasting skills.
