Part-Time Medical Receptionist – Maddington Doctors Practice

About Us:

Maddington Doctors Practice boasts a proficient team of experienced GPs, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals dedicated to upholding exceptional medical standards. Committed to excellence, we seek a dedicated individual to provide exemplary service.

Rostered Hours (Non-negotiable)

Monday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Tuesday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Wednesday 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Alternate Saturday 8:00am - 1:30pm (Paid at $41.70 per hour)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors professionally
  • Manage telephone inquiries efficiently
  • Schedule and follow up on appointments diligently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas
  • Process Medicare billings and payments accurately
  • Handle administrative tasks including faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing
  • Monitor and replenish stationery and office supplies as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, reporting necessary changes
  • Assist with day-to-day banking and financial record maintenance
