Maddington Hyundai and Isuzu UTE are currently seeking a Vehicle Cleaner Supervisor to join our dynamic team and lead our vehicle cleaning and detailing operations to the next level

As the Vehicle Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vehicle detailing team, ensuring all vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards prior to customer delivery or showroom display. You'll lead a small team, manage workflow, and ensure quality control across all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of vehicle detailers and cleaners
  • Coordinate vehicle cleaning schedules to meet delivery and display deadlines
  • Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to dealership standards (interior & exterior)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the detailing bays and work area
  • Conduct quality control checks before vehicles are handed over
  • Train new team members in cleaning procedures and safety protocols
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Liaise with sales and service teams to coordinate vehicle flow

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on team leader with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a small team in a fast-paced environment.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in vehicle detailing/cleaning (supervisory experience highly regarded)
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent eye for detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • A current WA driver's licence
