About the role

Our Australasia business is seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our HR Minerals team. Based at our world-class Centre of Excellence facility in Maddington, WA, this is a key support role for our business, working closely with Managers to provide HR and ER guidance and drive key projects to help achieve the Company's strategic objectives and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and practical HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Assist with the delivery of key HR projects and change management.
  • Work with managers to resolve employee relations matters, conducting investigations and assisting with disciplinary processes where required.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of HR initiatives and best practices.

About You

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Proficient in HR and payroll systems with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Passionate about supporting people and driving continuous improvement.
