The Role
 We're seeking a Partnership Manager (or Senior, depending on your experience) to be the vital connection between our clients and creative teams. You'll manage relationships, drive projects from brief to brilliance, and help shape how Australia's trade sector experiences brands.

       Own client relationships with genuine, human interaction

· Extract killer briefs from complex business challenges

· Navigate project delivery with commercial nous

· Master the art of managing budgets, timelines and expectations

· Partner with creative teams to deliver work that matters

What You'll Bring

· Account Manager
: Emerging account management experience, brilliant organisation, natural problem-solver.

·
Senior Account Manager
: 3-4+ years in a full-service agency, proven ability to independently lead client relationships, coaching experience.

Both roles require someone who gets excited about understanding business deeply, can juggle competing demands with grace, and believes creativity can transform any sector – even plumbing supplies.
