About The Role
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional ready to take ownership of one of Australia's most iconic retail partnerships? We're growing and we're looking for a driven
National Account Manager
to help manage the key customer relationships within
Coles
.

In this high-impact role, you'll be a key player in our sales team, overseeing Coles and driving performance across budgeted sales volumes, profit, and market share. You'll work closely with Retailers including Promotions Managers, Buyers, and Category Managers to build strong, strategic relationships that deliver mutual value.

Internally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (NPD, Marketing, Finance) to craft and execute business plans that align with customer needs and growth ambitions. Your ability to connect the dots between insight, strategy, and execution will be critical to your success. You will also be responsible for the delivery and ranging of all NPD within Independents.

About You
You're naturally entrepreneurial with commercial acumen and confident in your negotiation skills. You build strong relationships with ease and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. With a strategic, analytical mindset, you're always focused on finding smart, effective solutions. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will ensure your success in this role

You Will Also Have

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business/commerce related discipline desirable.
  • 1-2 years' experience as National Account Manager or similar with an FMCG business.
  • In depth understanding of Metcash / Woolworths / Coles and how to apply this knowledge to account specific activities and tasks.
  • Proven experience in managing full P&L; delivering results against budget & forecast in Volume, NSV, GP and Trade Spend.
  • Experience and understanding of field execution within Independents Channel is desirable.
