Business Operations Coordinator
4 days per week | Work from home (Australia-wide)
We're looking for someone who can juggle a million things at once — and still smile while getting them all done.
At Exact Labour Hire, we're a small, family-owned Australian business providing ethical, fully compliant workforce solutions across hospitality, agriculture, logistics, food processing and manufacturing.
As an Approved Employer under the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme, we take care of everything that supports our workers — from housing and transport to licensing and compliance. We're small but structured, and we pride ourselves on doing things properly, every time.
The Role
This is a hands-on, detail-focused coordination role where you'll keep all the moving parts of our operations organised.
You'll be the calm, capable person behind the scenes — booking driving lessons, paying car registrations, arranging maintenance, confirming flights and keeping property utilities in order.
You'll enjoy structure, process and follow-through, and you'll find satisfaction in seeing things tick along smoothly. It's busy and practical work — perfect for someone who loves efficiency and order.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily operational tasks across housing, vehicles, utilities, travel and compliance
- Manage worker accommodation — leases, inspections, cleaning and contractor coordination
- Oversee vehicle registrations, insurance and servicing schedules
- Arrange utilities and internet setups for company properties
- Support workers transferring overseas driver licences to Australian licences
- Organise travel for arrivals, departures and transfers
- Keep accurate daily records (Excel and shared files) so everything is traceable
- Communicate clearly with workers, suppliers and service providers
- Take part in the after-hours phone roster (4 nights per fortnight) for urgent calls
- Suggest improvements — we love people who make systems better
About You
- Naturally organised and calm under pressure
- Love process, order and getting things done right
- Thrive when juggling multiple priorities
- Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams and suppliers
- Confident with Excel and data tracking
- 3 + years' experience in operations, logistics or administration coordination
- Current driver's licence
- Comfortable working independently from home
