As a HSEQ Business Partner, you will support the delivery of site-wide Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment compliance systems and processes, including developing and implementing policies and procedures and completing reporting and audits.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Maintain and further develop MMA's ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 Management Systems
  • Support onsite compliance through site and contractor inspections
  • Support communication consultation and participation through established communication plan and training schedule
  • Lead the implementation of the sites internal audit plan
  • Facilitate external audits
  • Lead injury management and return to work
  • Coordinate WorkSafe notifications, where required
  • Support the Leadership and Board through KPI tracking and reporting

Note

: The role will not be directly responsible for all operational OHS compliance on-site.

Key attributes

  • Minimum 3 years+ experience in a similar HSEQ role
  • Diploma in OHS or equivalent experience (desirable)
  • Internal audit qualifications (desirable)
  • Injury management and return to work experience (desirable)
  • Experience leading the implementation of ISO management systems
