Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with NDIS and TAC regulations, managing staff rostering, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Additional responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, coordinating between various departments, and ensuring the overall wellbeing and satisfaction of the people we support and their stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Candidate for this role must be based in Melbourne, VIC
  • A relevant qualification in Community Services, Human Resources Management, Business Management
  • Demonstrated skills in establishing and maintaining effective professional relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership of remote teams to achieve high performance
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with people we support, their families, community agencies, and other professionals, while effectively managing conflict when it arises
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • A good understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Act 2013 and other relevant legislation, regulations and standards.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in disability services, particularly with neurological conditions
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of NDIS and TAC funding frameworks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in operational processes and service delivery optimization
  • A relevant qualification in Community Services, Human Resources Management, Business Management or related fields
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
