About the Opportunity

Right Price Pharmacy Group is a growing national retail network dedicated to empowering independent pharmacies to thrive. We're looking for an energetic and versatile Business Support Coordinator to join our Melbourne-based team.

This role will work closely with the Executive General Manager to coordinate marketing campaigns, supplier relationships, reporting, and business operations. It's the perfect opportunity for someone who loves variety, problem-solving, and being at the heart of a busy, fast-paced team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide executive and administrative support to the EGM, including diary management, presentations, and project tracking.
  • Coordinate marketing and merchandise campaigns, manage supplier and member communications, and oversee promotional activities.
  • Generate reports and insights using Excel or Power BI to track performance, sales, and member engagement.
  • Support onboarding, events, and communications to ensure smooth operations across the Right Price network.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in pharmacy, FMCG, wholesale, or buying group environments.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with solid Excel/reporting capability (Power BI desirable).
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Desirable: Understanding of category management, marketing systems, or franchise operations.
