Receptionist/Administration Support for Private Psychology Practice

Cova Psychology is a well-established psychology practice located at the eastern end of Collins Street in Melbourne's CBD. Our prime location offers easy access to nearby parks, shops, and eateries, with excellent car parking and public transport options close by.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful administrative assistant to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of the practice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing phone inquiries and client bookings
  • Processing payments, handling external billing, and following up on unpaid invoices
  • Conducting intake for new referrals
  • Assisting in the development and improvement of processes
  • Contributing to social media content creation

This dynamic position requires someone who thrives in a busy environment, can confidently switch between tasks, and is skilled at balancing competing priorities.

The ideal candidate will be organised, personable, and proactive. Experience in healthcare or administration is an advantage, and ideally we're looking for someone who's keen to grow with us and be part of our team for the long term.

The position is currently available for 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site shifts at our Collins Street practice with some work-from-home flexibility.
