About the Role 

As a Receptionist – Outbound Sales Focus, you'll be the welcoming face and proactive voice of the agency—connecting with clients both in person and over the phone. This hybrid position blends front-desk administration with outbound client engagement, ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and is eager to develop toward a client-facing sales or property management role in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional front-of-house experience to clients, tenants, and landlords

  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, tenants, and landlords to assist with property inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups

  • Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams

  • Maintain a well-presented reception area and uphold a professional image

  • Contribute to improving client communication and service processes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—confident speaking with clients over the phone

  • Prior experience in administrative, receptionist, or client service roles is advantageous

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in professional client conversations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning new CRM systems

  • Reliable, well-presented, and a team player with strong attention to detail

Growth Path 

This role is designed as a launching pad toward a long-term career in real estate. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress into Sales Support, Leasing, or Property Management roles as they develop their client communication and outbound engagement skills.
