**About the Opportunity**

Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller to join our high performing team in Seven Hills NSW 2147.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Collection of overdue debts
- Banking and allocation of payments
- Perform credit review
- Investigating and resolving branch /customer queries
- Maintenance of customer profile /customer database
- Reconciliation and maintenance of debtor ledgers
- Produce weekly report to record debt collection progress
- Assist with month end reporting
- Adhere to the credit policies and procedures
- Other general and administrative duties.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will possess;
- Min. 4 years experience in a full function accounts receivable/collections role
- Experience working within a multi-subsidiary business structure
- Proven experience managing and interacting with multiple debtors and stakeholders
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (min. V Look-up, Pivot Tables) and experience using ERP systems
- High attention to detail with a strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and the ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities
- A desire to develop a long standing career within Questas Group.
