**About the Opportunity**

Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller to join our high performing team in Seven Hills NSW 2147.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

- Collection of overdue debts.
- Banking and allocation of payments.
- Perform credit review.
- Investigating and resolving branch /customer queries.
- Maintenance of customer profile /customer database.
- Reconciliation and maintenance of debtor ledgers
- Produce weekly report to record debt collection progress
- Assist with month end reporting
- Adhere to the credit policies and procedures
- Other general and administrative duties.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Experience in a full function accounts receivable/collections role.
- Ideally experience working within a multi-subsidiary or multi-branch business structure.
- Proven experience managing and interacting with multiple debtors and stakeholders.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (min. V Look-up, Pivot Tables) and experience using ERP systems.
- High attention to detail with a strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised and the ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities.
- A desire to develop a long standing career within Questas Group.
