**About the Opportunity**
An opportunity is now available for an experienced Credit Controller to join our growing team in Seven Hills NSW 2147.

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Collection of overdue debts
- Banking and allocation of payments
- Perform credit review
- Investigating and resolving branch /customer queries
- Maintenance of customer profile /customer database
- Reconciliation and maintenance of debtor ledgers
- Produce weekly report to record debt collection progress
- Assist with month end reporting
- Adhere to the credit policies and procedures
- Other general and administrative duties.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will possess;
- 4+ years experience in a full function credit control role
- Extensive experience in credit control and managing your own ledger
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (min. V Look-up, Pivot Tables) and experience using ERP systems
- Strong communication skills - articulate & an excellent negotiator
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize various tasks to deliver required outcomes within tight deadlines
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to problem solve and develop solutions
- A desire to develop a long standing career within Questas Group.
