**About Us**

Since 2015 EVSE Australia has been on a mission to drive the transition of the vehicle fleet to electric, by providing the most comprehensive turnkey range of electric vehicle charging solutions to our customers. Our aim is to make owning an electric vehicle as easy as owning a petrol vehicle, by taking out the confusion and risk by providing simple and cost-effective solutions across the residential, commercial, fleet and public space. We are growing fast to keep up with the pace of this once in a generational transition in mobility.

**About the Role**
- Key Responsibilities:

- Generating and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and build loyalty.
- Identifying new opportunities via partner insights & internal analytics to create successful campaigns targeting new audiences through partnerships
- Manage digital marketing initiatives with key advertising partners to maximise ROAS
- Developing engaging eDM campaigns ensuring compelling design and optimal performance
- Generating informative and engaging digital and print marketing materials
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners to plan, execute and review the ideal marketing channel mix
- Establishing and maintaining robust, effective working relationships with key industry organisations (state and regional bodies)
- Effectively planning and project managing timelines, budgets and tasks to work successfully with external suppliers

Preferred Criteria
- 1 year marketing experience developing innovative and effective brand marketing plans
- Project management skills, high-level problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to think analytically and strategically and to develop and drive strategic thinking in the implementation of the objectives for the business
- Experience across SEO, Google Ads, Expedia Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, content, social media and Adobe analytics
- Hands-on experience with eDM creation, segmentation and automation through CRM tools such as Hubspot, Sendin Blue, Woocommerce
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation and design expertise

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
