Marketing Manager

As our new Marketing Manager, you’ll be a strategic individual contributor responsible for leading the development and execution of high-impact marketing programs that drive customer loyalty, product utilization, and revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming veterinary care by embedding IDEXX’s innovative diagnostics and software into everyday workflows—without direct reports, but with strong influence across cross-functional teams.
**You will**:
Design and manage customer retention and loyalty programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
Lead end-to-end program execution—from strategy and communications to adoption and performance tracking.
Provide tools and support that help veterinary professionals integrate IDEXX solutions into their practice management systems.
Monitor ROI, adjust strategies, and ensure continuous improvement based on customer and market feedback.
**We’re Looking For**:
You’re a strategic and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and knows how to turn insights into action.
7+ years’ experience in marketing or customer programs, ideally in healthcare, animal health, or related industries.
Proven success in designing and delivering loyalty or utilization programs.
Strong project management and analytical skills to drive performance and ROI.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across regional and global teams.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and multi-channel marketing tools.
