An industry leading superfund is looking for a Event Coordinator to hit the ground running with a 2 month contract opportunity. Starting immediately, you will work with the Events team to plan and deliver a range of events for the organisation. Based in Sydney, CBD, this is a great role for an individual looking to progress their career in the financial services.

**What you will be responsible for?**
- Planning, organizing and hosting a series of events online/offline
- Organize logistics for production and delivery including gaining quotes from suppliers and vendors
- Managing the promotions, communications and branding aspects of the event.
- Reconcile invoices to keep in line with allocated budgets.
- Post event reporting follow up

**About you...**

As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- At least 2-3 years’ recent experience in an Event Coordinator position or similar
- Fantastic stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience in financial services (ideal but not essential)
- Highly motivated, willing to work autonomously and within a team
- Ability to pick things up quickly
