**Job Description**:
We are looking for an aspiring HR Graduate to join us as the People Experience (PX) Assistant and help us create an amazing employee experience. In this role, you will work alongside and support a hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated, and friendly team to create a positive and inclusive work environment. You will provide national and international administrative support across a range of PX generalist functions and projects.

This role will support all round PX and administration activities including but not limited to:

- Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition activities including drafting and posting job advertisements, drafting and updating job descriptions, screening CVs and scheduling interviews
- Prepare employment contracts and PX correspondence
- Create, develop and maintain PX templates, guides and manuals
- Administer and be a point of contact for the global PX systems including the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with PX policies and procedures
- Provide advice to managers and staff on PX matters
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of PX programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with the PX team to develop and implement process improvements across the full end-to-end employment cycle functions and add value to the employee experience
- Keep up-to-date with legislation, HR industry developments, news, and innovations and provide suggestions from these
- Manage visa processes and records
- Assist with ad hoc HR duties and projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- No previous HR experience necessary
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated discretion when dealing with confidential matters
