The opportunity...

We are looking for a full-time People Experience (PX) Administration Assistant to support our People Experience team temporarily on a 10-month contract. You will thrive in knowing that each day brings something new and enjoy everyday interactions that come with being in a people-first team. This role will see you making a meaningful impact across the full employee lifecycle whilst further enhancing your HR career by adding a range of new skills to resumé

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our team members have an exceptional experience while working in a fun, culture-driven environment.

  • A couple with proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality, tourism, or independent living industry
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our homeowners
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults and a commitment to promoting an active, inclusive community

Your days will involve a little bit of this and that...

  • Assist with HR reporting and data analytics
  • Assist with learning and development programs by maintaining records and certifications, organization of training sessions, and tracking attendance
  • Assist with maintaining WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) incident logs
  • Support recruitment processes, including job ads, application screening, and background checks
  • Support HR projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide general HR administrative support and respond to team member queries
  • Assist with internal communications and surveys
