**POSITION PURPOSE**
**Position Purpose**
Your day-to-day duties include PX Administration, maintaining SuccessFactors, preparing PX advice, recruitment support, and supporting annual PX processes such as salary review and performance reviews.
You will assist our Workplace Experience Manager with providing our people with a great working environment through the support of corporate activities, campaigns, and events, while ensuring our office facilities are well maintained.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Experience & Engagement**
- As the PX first point of contact for all team members, you will be able to direct and coordinate inquiries to resolve team member problems with leaders where possible, or guiding the person to the right support
- Provide and support our leaders to deliver a meaningful Induction for new team members
- Support the Workplace Experience Manager with creating a welcoming office atmosphere, assisting with team events, answering of calls and facilities support where required
- Draft communications for our corporate teams to ensure they are receiving information regularly and effectively
**Talent**
- Writing internal/external job advertisements
- Coordinating interviews
- Prepare contractor agreements and contract variations, and other employment letters in an accurate and timely manner
- Monitor exit survey data to identify trends and issues and advise People Leaders on appropriate steps
- Effectively manage team member onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a great experience is delivered
**Systems and Records**
- Ensure SuccessFactors records are continuously updated and accurate
- Maintain the new starter, variation and exit tracker
- Work closely with our payroll team to ensure team members are paid accurately and promptly. Actively support resolution of any payroll issues
- Ensure all PX documents and files are accurately maintained
- Coordinate Workcover claims as needed
- Support the review cycle for IDP’s related Policy & procedure documents and compliance of annual review cycles
- Work with PX Manager Corporate and Australasia to ensure all team members remuneration meets or exceeds Award minimum requirements and that appropriate documentation in place (I.e. Award Letters)
- Support review of modern award processes and share feedback with People Leaders.

- 3+ years previous experience in a PX/HR role or similar
