- Assist the Practice Manager with various HR and office management projects as required.
About You

- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Confident using HR and payroll systems, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Why You'll Love This Role
- Supportive and approachable leadership team.
- Inclusive, people-focused culture with genuine work-life balance.
- Involvement in both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Opportunities for ongoing professional development.
