The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.

**The Opportunity**:

- Create detailed project, change and communication plans that support VHBA's people adapting to the change initiatives and that are aligned to the project plan timelines
- Implement change/project plans to keep users and stakeholders updated on the progress and outcomes of People and Culture projects
- Prioritise the well-being and engagement of employees by supporting the establishment and delivery of a program that effectively captures, elevates, and utilises the employee voice to inform organisational workforce initiatives
- Support the management of employee survey processes (including the annual People Matter Survey), including design, implementation, analysis, risk management and communication of results and insights.

**We are looking for**:

- Experience developing and implementing detailed project, change, and communication plans to support employees in adapting to change initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines
- Capable of gathering and analysing employee feedback to inform culture and engagement strategies
- Focused on enhancing employee engagement and well-being through programs that leverage employee feedback to guide workforce initiatives.
- Experience in managing employee survey processes, including the design, implementation, analysis, and communication of results
