**About the role**
As the People Experience Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience at all stages of the lifecycle at Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP).
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will lead the design of strategies and programs that support a strong and engaging people experience. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring our organisation is an outstanding place to work.
Partnering closely with our safety team, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing initiatives that promote holistic wellness, while also ensuring safety and compliance.
Collaboration will be key as you work closely with other teams across the business to embed best practice and make lasting positive impact.

**Engagement & **Communication**
- Lead the implementation and continued enhancement of our employee feedback systems. Use insights to drive action and improvement in engagement and people experience.
- Lead M&OP’s internal communication approach from strategy to execution designed to keep our people informed, motivated, and aligned.
**Wellbeing**
- As a business that operates 24/7, creating a culture, systems and ongoing conversations around wellbeing in the workplace is a key priority. You will lead this work and embed wellbeing practices across all levels of our business.
**People Strategy**
- With your transformative people experience lens, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of our People Strategy which includes a number of exciting focus areas including leadership and organisational capability development, people systems transformation, and development of attraction strategies using our Employee Value Proposition.
