A little bit about the role…We are looking for a full time People Experience Administration Assistant to support our People Experience team temporarily on a 10-month contract. You will thrive in knowing that each day brings something new and enjoy everyday interactions that come with being in a people-first team. This role will see you making a meaningful impact across the full employee lifecycle whilst further enhancing your HR career by adding a range of new skills to resumé
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our team members have an exceptional experience while working in a fun, culture-driven environment.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analytics
- Assist with learning and development programs by maintaining records and certifications, organization of training sessions, and tracking attendance
- Assist with maintaining WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) incident logs
- Support recruitment processes, including job ads, application screening, and background checks
- Support HR projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide general HR administrative support and respond to team member queries
- Assist with internal communications and surveys
- Top-notch computer/technical capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- The ability to work collaboratively and independently when needed.
- HR or related qualification (or relevant experience).
- A supportive and inclusive team culture (+ working within the team that helps maintain our awesome culture)
- Hands-on exposure to all aspects of HR and people management
