**About Us**

Drake International is a renowned, privately owned, international recruitment and human resources solutions company, with a proud history of client service excellence.

We are currently recruiting for administrative assistant to work for our client based in Fremantle. The assignment is a Temp to Perm opportunity, hours (Monday - Thursday) 30.4 hours.

**About the Role**
- Answering phone calls
- Inventory Maintenance
- stationary, warehouse PPE, kitchen consumables.
- Equipment management
- Service delivery maintenance - cleaners, service provider (i.e., IT, security, plumbing etc), delivery of goods and equipment.
- Warehouse support, updating documents SDS/assurance, Documents scanning and filling.
- Participation in HSSE meetings, updating administrative paperwork.
- Preparing for pre/post training, workshop delivery, scheduled and bespoke training courses.
- Ensuring all training documents are up to date, time sheet sign in, name cards,
- Assisting in Admin support throughout the OCH, IT support.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Administration assistant with minimum of 2-3 years experienced
- Experience in arranging training sessions, supervise, delegate workload and provide administrative and IT support is must.
- Data entry and data processing is essential.
- Extensive written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive interpersonal, word processing and data input skills.
- Sound time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse information and implement appropriate action.
- Sound customer service and public relations skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products including Word
