Our client is an essential infrastructure services provider based in Australia and New Zealand that provides a range of essential services to clients in both the public and private sectors. Founded in 2015 and is headquartered in North Sydney

**The Role**
- Temp Start ASAP - 31/07/24
- Work hrs 7.6 hrs per day, current admin works 0730 - 1600
- Hybrid As required - Office based preferred
- Hourly rate $32 per hour + Super
- Location Fremantle
- Parking Free onsite parking

**Accountabilities**
- Working with vendors to claim invoices on ARIBA
- Create purchase orders in ARIBA and send to vendors
- Assist Ops Manager with timesheets
- Support with work orders
- Database management
- Compliance and Training registers
- Meeting minutes
- General reception
- Managing travel requirements

**Essential Criteria**
- Full working rights in Australia
- National Police clearance valid within 3 months
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Expertise on ARIBA and SAP
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook

**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
