To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

- A genuine, friendly, and authentic individual with a passion for excellent customer service

- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)

- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers

- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments

- Listen to understand and be responsive to customers' needs

- Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step

- Be agile and flexible to change - things move pretty quickly around here

About you:

Do you have well-established communication skills? Are you customer-focused and always go the extra mile? Do you have a passion for the automotive industry and love the thrill of sales? If the answers are YES, YES and YES - we are looking for you

You will ideally possess:

- Prior experience in automotive sales (highly regarded)

- Interest and passion for the automotive and EV space

- Must be motivated and driven by results

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPI's

- Ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Sales Licence

- Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence

- Bi-lingual in Mandarin/ Cantonese would be highly regarded
