Payroll Manager opportunity within an innovative, progressive industry in the Sydney CBD
**Your new company**
Your new role will be amongst one of Sydney’s leading innovative project companies that rise above in the current market due to their unique strategies and prospects. This company is located in the Sydney CBD, close to major transport lines and city perks. You will be working in a dynamic office culture with the flexibility of making the role your own as well as developing your skillset alongside the Finance Team as the company takes on other payroll entities to integrate into their main payrun. There is also plenty of room for ERP improvement, so this opportunity will allow you to exploit your system improvement and project skills
**Your new role**
In this role, you will be managing a small payroll team with the following duties:
- End to end payroll duties for 3000+ pay runs
- Monthly salaried cycles
- Payroll compliance and governance duties
- Award interpretations
- Assisting implementation and analytical assignments
- Off cycle fortnightly and monthly payruns
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience with major ERP payroll software
- Previous experience in high volume, end to end payroll environments
- Ability to be across and manage several EAs across numerous sites
- Relationship building
- Patience to handle plenty of one-off queries - keep in touch with the people
- Ability to be a team player
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to be exposed to payroll project work
**What you'll get in return**

Your role will be spread evenly amongst managing all payroll duties as well as key management and stakeholder tasks. You will witness payroll projects, team restructuring and international payroll duties within a professional organisation.
